Senator Kelly, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
Labor and Commerce Committee referral be waived on HOUSE                       
BILL NO. 450 "An Act relating to investment pools for public                   
entities; and providing for an effective date."  Without objection, it         
was so ordered.
